Alignment of the Rex1 fragments isolated from species of Physalaemus with corresponding sequences available in GenBank. The sequences P. ephippifer Pep-Rex1C11P3, P. ephippifer Pep-Rex1C12P3 and P. ephippifer Pep-Rex1C13P3 were obtained from the microdissected 3p per band. The primers used to isolate the sequences are shaded in gray at the ends of the sequences. Black areas indicate identical sites, while variable sites are colored white.
