The high resolution melt analysis (HRMA)—top field, and Sanger sequencing result (bottom field) in the CRLF2-r patients. HRMA revealed abnormal melting profile in one studied sample, in contrast to the normal double-stranded DNA dissociation characteristics during heating in control samples (wild type, WT).
