Karyotype and chromosomal aberrations were confirmed using molecular cytogenetic approaches. a GTG-banding revealed the following karyotype in 13/20 metaphases: 46,X,der(X)t(X;20)(?;?),t(2;9)(?;?),del(3)(q12),t(6;14)(?;?),der(9)t(X;9)(?;?),der(14)t(6;14)(?;?),del(14)(q?),+der(14)t(3;14)(?;?),+dic(17;18),-17,-18,t(3;20)(?;?).
