DNA Index values determination by flow cytometry. The histograms represent the percentage of cells in each phase of the cell cycle of U2OS cells (red) versus control normal diploid cells (green) and the Propidium Iodide (PI) fluorescence level. The final DI is calculated as the ratio between mean G1 fluorescence level in U2OS and normal cells. Doubled DI was measured in LAP2β KD clones 1 (C) and 2 (D) versus untreated (A), scrambled control (B) U2OS cells.
