  1. aAll age groups combined: the maternal age averaged across all blastocysts in cohort was 33.9. Embryos obtained from 120 PGD cycles (103 patients total). Donor eggs were used in 21 cycles; the maternal age for this group was calculated as 33.
  2. bEmbryo was called aneuploid if at least one chromosome was identified by BlueFuse software to be aneuploid at diagnosis.
  3. cEmbryo was called mosaic if at least one chromosome had a log2 ratio CMA result of ≥ +0.130 or ≤ -0.150 at diagnosis and a homogeneous deflection of all hybridization signals.
