(B) A prominent micro-vascular stroma presenting branching capillaries with endothelial tumefaction can be observed. (C) Anaplastic aspect with high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio and mitosis was present. (D) Intermingled “egg-fried” cells can be observed in a number of anaplastic foci.
