The plots of the aberrant chromosomes obtained with 250 k SNP array analysis are shown with test over reference log2 intensity ratios on the Y-axis plotted against the Mb position from pter to qter on the X-axis. Each red dot represents the test over reference ratio for an individual SNP and the blue line the average test over reference ratio per 10 SNP values.
