  2. 1 length of time at 4°C for bone marrow or at -80°C for chromosome suspension in Carnoy's fixative.
  3. 2 Excellent: < 0.2; Good: 0.2-0.3; Poor: > 0.3
  4. 3 Excellent: > 100; Good: 30-100; Poor: < 30
